“A Filipino Merienda Recipe”

If you have been in the Philippines you would see a lot of street food vendors scattered on all places and one of the most famous specialty they sell is this chicken intestine or as what we call it here as “isaw”. If you want to go on an adventure with food, try this!
This Filipino street food is now gaining popularity and well loved by “isaw” lovers because of the different taste it gives compared to its brother, the grilled isaw. Crispy fried isaw is so cheap yet it tastes delicious. You can find these isaw street vendors near schools, public places or offices; they primarily sell choice cut fried chicken named “chicken joy”, while others are selling fish balls or tempura.
